Our purpose as an Agency for Chicago Title Insurance Company is to provide peace of mind for buyers and lenders engaged in real estate transactions. We coordinate the interests of all people involved ranging from the Seller, the Buyer, Attorneys, Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Surveyors to Tax Entities. We raise appropriate issues with current title such as; open mortgages, unpaid taxes, open judgments, easements, rights of way, covenants and restrictions, description challenges, payoffs and so forth. These issues are dealt with on a timely basis leading to a smooth closing. We verify that appropriate documents are properly executed and promptly recorded. Once this process is completed we issue the requested title insurance for that property to protect the owner and/or lender against any lawsuits or claims against the property.
